How do you keep children safe?
Every CORE programme, tour and championship runs under our Safeguarding policy and Code of Conduct, with wellbeing built into each stage of the pathway.
How is selection decided?
On merit. Matches are scored ball by ball in the IFCC CORE Cricket app, and performances feed a transparent global ranking.
At what age can my child start?
The pathway starts at 6 with FUNdamentals & Sport Sampling, then Learning to Train (10–15) and Train to Train & Compete (15–18).
How do I play in a CYCL national edition?
Through your academy, school or open trials in your country. Follow CORE on social media and the Match Centre for trial dates.
How does the global ranking work?
Every match in a CORE competition is scored in the IFCC CORE Cricket app. Your performances build your player profile and your place in the ranking.
What happens after youth cricket?
Ranked players join the talent pool IFCC corporate partners recruit from, and can keep playing in the World Corporate Leagues.
How do I get certified?
Through CORE Coaching Certification — a levelled path from foundation to elite, recognised across the CORE network.
Can I coach on tours and championships?
Certified coaches can apply for roles on CORE tours, national editions and the Grand Finale.
Is IFCC linked to the ICC?
No. IFCC is an independent board for corporate cricket and has no link or association with the ICC.
What can my company partner on?
Franchise ownership, team sponsorship, the World Corporate Leagues, hiring from the youth talent pipeline, employee engagement and CSR — with players, coaches, venues and technology provided.
